10-Day Fit Guarantee

If not satisfied with your purchase within 10 days of receiving the product you may obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from our Returns Portal link found on the bottom of our home page. The customer shall ship the product back to us at their expense in the original packaging via UPS. If you ship to us USPS we are not responsible for receiving the item regardless of tracking. UPS is the only reliable method to return items to us. The RMA will provide the mailing address. Do not ship items to the corporate address on our website as they will be returned to you.  All returns must be in new unworn condition. We do not accept returns on products that have been used and or damaged after delivery. We inspect all returns and if there is any sign of wear or tear we will not accept the item and it will be returned at your expense. Only one exchange per order is allowed. Once processed a gift card will be sent to your email. Please be advised if you exchange for a different size or different item the lead time for manufacturing on the new item applies. This policy excludes clearance items-these products are sold as a final sale with no exchanges.

24 Hour Refund Policy 

If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase we will refund you 100% back to the original payment method.

Cancellations After 24 Hours & Prior to Shipment

We manufacture and sell specialized products. We focus on quality not speed and appreciate your patience - after all we save lives! If you wish to cancel your order prior to shipment please email and we will cancel your order. We will issue a gift card that will be sent to your email.

Defects / Errors on Our Side

In the case of a product defect or human error in the fulfillment process, the customer must submit a photo and claim via our Returns Portal within 10 days of receiving the item. If approved we will provide a shipping label and replace or issue a store credit for equal value.

Dealers / Wholesalers

If you purchased on a dealer or wholesale account we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. We expect you to sell 100% of the inventory you purchase from us.
