Information on Lead Times

Body Armor Direct is one of the last American owned body armor factories that ship US Government Certified armor direct to the public sold online. 

In March of 2020 the pandemic  ramped up in the US followed by civil unrest in May. Our sales increased from law enforcement, corrections, security companies and anyone that had a threat that wanted to prepare. Our lead times increased from 48 hours to much longer than planned. We work each day to reduce lead times without sacrificing quality. 

We have made investments to start shipping standard products in 2 days starting in January 2021. In the interim our black VIP T-Shirt in Light and Lighter armor will be shipping quickly for the holidays.
